ADR provides its Client with advice and assistance in the field of labour law, constantly supporting the Human Resources Department in the management of the Company’s relationships with employees, quasi-subordinate workers and self-employed persons, as well as in the resolution of any problems and disputes arising from such relations.

Here are some the main activities carried out by ADR for its Clients in the area of Labour Law:

  • ADR has provided a Client with a team of lawyers able to deal with any kind of labour dispute, whether legal or arbitral, all over Italy (islands included). We take care of the following: collection of all necessary documents for the preliminary examination, coordination of the legal professionals that will handle the case, preparation and drafting of  procedural documents. The Client will receive monthly reports on the management of the proceedings.

  • Through its Partners and Collaborators, ADR  provides the Human Resources Departments of Client Companies with constant support in the preparation and drafting of deeds, communications and documents, including decisions to transfer employees or make changes in their duties, contracts of employment, contracts related to the assigning of employer/employee relations, notifications to trade unions, notifications under Art. 47, Law No. 428/1990, etc.

  • ADR has gained considerable experience in dealing with disciplinary procedures under Art. 7 of Labour Law, constantly supporting Clients in any phase of the process: from the drafting of a letter informing an employee about the allegation made against them to the implementation of a given disciplinary measure.

  • Through its team of lawyers, ADR assists Client Companies in any procedures related to dismissals for objectively justified reasons and collective redundancies, as well as in the preparation of the relevant documents.

  • ADR provides its Clients with advice and assistance in any procedures aimed towards the amicable settlement of disputes arisen with employees, quasi-subordinate workers and self-employed persons, handling arbitration proceedings, conciliation proceedings and transactions at the Territorial Labour Department or other approved bodies.

  • ADR gives assistance in relation to any inspection and ascertainment procedures conducted by the Territorial Labour Department against Client Companies.

Advisor

ADR organizes training sessions to enable the Company’s managerial staff and employees to manage the above mentioned activities on their own and in the best possible way.

An agreement with ADR on a flat rate basis includes assistance by one or several advisors qualified for the legal practice in dealing with litigation matters.
