Ludovica Calzecchi Onesti

Ludovica is an Advisor of ADR Firm. She mainly deals with corporate law and civil law, both in extrajudicial and judicial matters. Her legal assistance and consultancy activity is mainly aimed at companies and families of entrepreneurs. She has been a lawyer since 2022 and is registered with the Bar Association of Fermo.

TRAINING

Born in 1996, after graduating from the “Leonardo Da Vinci” Scientific High School in Civitanova Marche, in 2020 she obtained a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Macerata. She speaks Italian, English and French.

She is currently attending the specialization course in Corporate Compliance and Crime Risk Prevention at the University of Macerata.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES

She did her legal practice at the Calzecchi Onesti Law Firm founded by her father, Lawyer Marco Calzecchi Onesti, with whom she has been the owner since 2022.

In the first half of 2021, she carried out an internship in the legal area of the company Sava International Group in Istanbul, supporting the drafting of international contracts in the import-export area.

She has been collaborating with ADR Firm since 2023. She mainly deals with consultancy for companies, entrepreneurial families and professionals in the field of corporate law and civil law.

Areas of expertise

  • Participates in the drafting of letters of intent and framework agreements leading to the implementation of extraordinary transformation, merger and acquisition operations of companies, as well as in the definition of share transfer operations. She also supports the Team in operations involving the transfer of business units.
  • She assists Companies in the drafting and revision of corporate contracts, both national and international, in the fields of supply, distribution, operational rental, user license, general conditions and regulations of operations and prize competitions.
  • In the context of judicial corporate litigation, she deals with the formulation of the defensive strategy and the drafting of the judicial acts.
  • She provides her consultancy activity in the review and preparation of deeds, communications and documents relating to the most important legal transactions for the activities carried out by the Clients.
  • Assists Clients in managing the pre-litigation phases, preparing dispute letters, formal notices and defensive communications.
  • In the context of judicial litigation, she handles the formulation of the defensive strategy, the drafting of the case documents and the defense in court of the Client.
