Marta is a collaborator of ADR. She mainly deals with administrative (Independent Authorities) and international law. In 2016 she qualified as a lawyer in Italy. She is registered at the Bar Association Council of Macerata.


She was born in 1989. After getting her secondary school leaving certificate at Liceo Classico “G. Leopardi”, in 2013 she graduated in Law from “Bocconi” University in Milan. She speaks Italian and English.


She has been collaborating with ADR s.r.l. since 2017. She underwent legal training at Studio Legale R&P Legal in Milan, and at the Regional Administrative Court of Le Marche. She carried on with her training at the “Paul Hastings LLP” international firm (Milan branch), and as a lawyer at Studio Legale RCC (Riolo, Calderaro, Crisostomo), Milan.

  • She assists Clients in dealing with international litigation procedures in or out of court. Furthermore, she has gained experience in the management of international Arbitration procedures, particularly at the Arbitration Chamber of ICC (International Chamber of Commerce).
  • She provides advice on public procurement and concessions. She has gained extensive experience in the adoption and effective implementation of self-cleaning procedures to be followed by companies in order to participate in tender processes, in spite of their having already been fined;
  • With regard to Independent Authorities, her practice is focused primarily on procedures at the Italian Competition and Market Authority (AGCM). She has gained considerable experience in assisting companies in obtaining and maintaining the Rating di Legalità (a type of ethical rating for Italian companies) from AGCM;
  • She participates in numerous Privacy and Antitrust compliance programmes intended for companies, whether or not involved in legal proceedings.
