Marco collaborates with ADR. He mainly deals with administrative and civil law matters. He has held the Chair in “Ius Commune” at the University of Macerata and he has also lectured in an academic course in “Theories, Cultures and Techniques for Social Services” and at the Graduate School of Trade Union, Labour and Social Security Law. He has been a lawyer since 1985.
Marco Boari
He was born in 1949 in Macerata. He graduated cum laude in Law from the University of Macerata in June 1972.
He continued his legal studies at the same University, devoting himself to scientific research as a Scholar, as an Adjunct Professor and as a Tenured Assistant Professor.
He has held the Chair in “Ius Commune” at the University of Macerata since 1985 and he has also lectured in an academic course in “Theories, Cultures and Techniques for Social Services” and at the Graduate School of Trade Union, Labour and Social Security Law.
He became a lawyer in 1985; he is registered in the special Register of lawyers with the right to argue cases in the Italian Court of Cassation and higher courts of law.
His areas of expertise are administrative law and civil law, with special regard to issues related to state companies, state and private companies, public industrial services, drafting and interpretation of by-laws and covenants.
