  • ADR provided a Client with a team of professionals to form a limited liability Company in the Emirate of Dubai. ADR’s advisory services made it possible to analyse all the differences existing between an ordinary LLC and a LLC set up in a free zone.

  • ADR has gained experience also as regards alternative methods of dispute resolution (the so-called ADR – Alternative Dispute Resolution), with a special focus on conciliation, mediation and recourse to International Chambers of Arbitration (ICC _ International Chamber of Commerce).

  • ADR has provided advisory services to companies, business owners and self-employed persons in relation to the protection of the rights recognized by Supranational Charters, coordinating teams of professionals to take proceedings at the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).

An agreement with ADR on a flat rate basis includes assistance by one or several advisors qualified for the legal practice in dealing with litigation matters.
